UDR 01 chemical dosing units are a reliable and modern way to combat deposits in pipes. Structurally, the installation is a metal container with equipment located inside and a consumable container. The liquid is pumped by means of a plunger dosing pump driven by an electrohydraulic pusher through a lever system. The regulation of performance (dosage) is carried out by the number of strokes of the electric hydraulic pusher per unit of time. The number of moves is set by the control unit of the installation.

In installations for dosing of the chemical reagent UDRVP 02, the reagent is dispensed by a plunger dosing pump driven by an explosion-proof electric drive through a reducer. The pump performance can be regulated both manually (range 100-25% of the nominal capacity) and by changing the motor speed. The frequency of rotation of the electric motor is determined by the electronic control unit.
